Initial Consultation - We'll match you with a home in our inventory, or work to acquire a home that fits your vision.
Purchase Contract - Pick your finishes room by room, and we'll apply for tax abatement if the home is eligible.
Restoration - Our experienced team gets to work! All renovations are fully permitted.
Move In! - You can sleep soundly with all new warranted systems and fully permitted and inspected work.
